We had a conversation with Mrs. Samira Khosroabadi, Sale supervisor of Mabna Card Aria, in case of customers and sales of new products. She also stated sales of banking products in last year, goals and perspective of Mabna Card Aria sales team.

How was the market for selling banking products last year?

As you know, Iran, like other countries, was infected with Covid-19 last year, which brought significant changes in the field of business and the banking industry was not exception and the priority of financial institutions' budgets changed a lot last year. increasing currency prices, sanctions and cargo clearance laws were also the restrictions that affected our sales in the first six months of 1399 as for the commercial cooperation of Mabna Card Company with foreign companies.

But I can point out that planning at the senior management level based on the card removed these restrictions, and we were able to in addition to the proper import of products needed the banking market, keep product prices at a reasonable level and has not put pressure on customers to finance the purchase of the product, especially consumer items and always enhance services with them.

Have you encountered a decline in customers or sales in the last year?

Due to last year's recession, while many companies suffered from downsizing, customer losses and a sharp decline in sales, we at Mabna Card Aria Commercial Company were able to welcome new banks and small customers by turning the existing threats into opportunities with a joint planning among all elements of the company and not only we have increased our sales, but we have also had the honor of hosting Bank Dey, Post Bank and Pasargad Bank along with our other large customers and considering these banks have purchased a variety of products in recent years, Mabna Card was able to provide high quality equipment with a reasonable price, also its strong and extensive support network in 31 locations across the country, while retaining old customers, will welcome new banks and small customers.

What is your goal for the year 1400 in the Mabna Card’s sales team?

As I mentioned, despite our strong support team, which is a turning point for the company and sets us apart from other companies, in the new year, with the integration of the planning, business and sales pillars of the company, we have drawn a broad perspective in the field of selling current products as well as introducing new products to the market

What is your most important goal for customer satisfaction?

According to the approach of the company's management and strategy, which is the beginning of a way based on selling the product, we have always tried to be with the customers, the fact that we are the only seller of a product and a provider of desirable support services has become our primary pillar.
